Pastor Ken Richardson accepted Christ at the age of 11 and has faithfully served the Lord ever since. From a young age, he became actively involved in various ministries, each one contributing to his spiritual growth and deepening his commitment to God’s call. Driven by a passion for the Word and discipleship, he pursued ministry training, eventually excelling as a student, developing curriculum, and teaching divinity courses.

In March 2014, Pastor Ken and his wife, Dr. Viktoria Taylor-Richardson, answered God’s call and relocated from North Carolina to Philadelphia. There, they planted. The Neighborhood Church officially opened its doors in July 2016. What began as a local church in South Philadelphia quickly expanded into a global mission, becoming The Neighborhood Church International, with churches and fellowships established in Kenya, Africa.

In 2022, Pastor Ken was called to serve as the lead pastor of ONE Community Church in Sierra Vista, Arizona. He and his wife are honored to participate in the unfolding work of God in the region and are passionate about helping individuals walk in salvation, spiritual growth, and purpose. Pastor Ken has been joyfully married to Dr. Viktoria for 20 years. They have one daughter, Taylor, and a great-nephew, Jabari, and twin great-nieces Zareah and Zoey.

Pastor Ken and Dr. Viktoria serve as co-founders of LoveALive GLOBAL, overseeing and spearheading multiple church plants in Kenya, Africa, and evangelism efforts internationally.

Dr. Viktoria Taylor-Richardson, above all, is a true worshiper of the Most High God.

Dr. Viktoria is an evangelist, church planter, and missionary with a global reach, serving both locally and internationally across Africa, Israel, India, and Haiti. She carries a deep passion for missions and orphan care, particularly in Africa, where much of her ministry is focused. A published author, Dr. Viktoria is committed to spreading the gospel and transforming lives through both word and action.
