Ken Richardson, SENIOR Pastor

Pastor Ken Richardson accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 11 and has faithfully served Him ever since. From an early age, he became actively involved in a variety of church ministries, each one strengthening his faith and deepening his commitment to God's call on his life. With a passion for God's Word and the spiritual growth of believers, Pastor Ken pursued formal ministry training, where he excelled as a student before developing curriculum and teaching courses in biblical and theological studies.

A gifted pastor, teacher, and church planter, Pastor Ken has devoted his life to helping people experience the transforming power of the Gospel. His ministry is marked by sound biblical teaching, servant leadership, discipleship, and a heart for building healthy, Christ-centered communities.

In March 2014, Pastor Ken and his wife, Dr. Viktoria Taylor-Richardson, answered God's call to relocate from North Carolina to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where they planted The Neighborhood Church. The church officially opened its doors in July 2016 and, through God's faithfulness, has grown beyond a local congregation into The Neighborhood Church International, with churches and ministry fellowships established in Kenya, East Africa. Together, they remain committed to advancing the Gospel of the Kingdom through church planting, leadership development, missions, and global outreach.

In 2022, Pastor Ken accepted the call to serve as Lead Pastor of ONE Community Church in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Under his pastoral leadership, the church has experienced renewed vision, spiritual growth, and expanded community impact. Alongside Dr. Viktoria, he is honored to serve the people of Southern Arizona, equipping believers to grow in their relationship with Christ, discover their God-given purpose, and live lives that bring glory to God.

Pastor Ken has been joyfully married to Dr. Viktoria for more than 21 years. Together they share a passion for ministry, missions, and serving the Kingdom of God. They are blessed with one daughter, Taylor, her fiancé Theo; two grandsons, Morden and Mason; great-nephew, Jabari; and twin great-nieces, Zareah and Zoey. Together, they remain devoted to seeing lives transformed through the love, truth, and power of Jesus Christ.

DR. VIKTORIA TAYLOR-RICHARDSON

Dr. Viktoria Taylor-Richardson is, above all, a devoted worshiper of the Most High God whose life is dedicated to advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and expanding His Kingdom among the nations. She is passionate about missions, orphan care, leadership development, and equipping believers to fulfill the Great Commission through the power of the Holy Spirit.

An ordained minister, pastor, evangelist, church planter, missionary, educator, and author, Dr. Viktoria has faithfully served in ministry for more than 25 years. Her ministry has taken her across the United States and internationally, including Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Israel, India, Liberia, and Haiti, where she has ministered, trained leaders, planted churches, and served vulnerable communities through evangelism, discipleship, and humanitarian outreach.

Dr. Viktoria currently serves as Executive Pastor of The Neighborhood Church International, Co-founder of LoveAlive Global, where she provides strategic leadership, pastoral oversight, leadership development, and support for church expansion initiatives, including church plants in Kenya, East Africa. She is also actively involved with global missions throughout Africa, working to strengthen communities through ministry, education, youth development, and compassionate outreach.

A gifted and creative leader, Dr. Viktoria has a unique anointing for presenting the Gospel through the creative arts. As an accomplished director, choreographer, and producer, she has written and directed numerous worship and theatrical productions that have inspired audiences to encounter God's presence. Her dance ministry journey includes performing in New York City with the prestigious Ailey Extension of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

Dr. Viktoria is the author of Go Ye... Fulfill the Great Commission and Music Box of Memories: Trusting God Through Miscarriage, books that reflect both her heart for world evangelism and her personal testimony of God's faithfulness through life's challenges.
